Nordic walking is an outdoor, full body exercise suitable for all ages and fitness levels. 

It’s fun, sociable and based on scientific evidence, has many health and wellbeing benefits as well as burning more calories than ordinary walking.

Kay Speakman is a INWA, British Nordic Walking and NWUK trained Nordic walking Instructor. She is qualified in sports and outdoor activity first aid and is a fully insured member of FitPro. 

Kay established pole2pole Nordic walking in 2008 and has taught at health establishments and exclusive fitness clubs.  She has also worked tirelessly with several health-linked charities to promote this all-inclusive, sociable, total body outdoor workout. 

Kay previously worked in advertising and sports and media management. She instructs in many parks and green spaces in West London and Surrey.
