Kay established pole2pole Nordic walking in 2008 and has taught at health establishments and exclusive fitness clubs. She has also worked tirelessly with several health-linked charities to promote this sociable, beneficial and total body workout.
Kay previously worked in advertising and sport and media management. She instructs in the parks and green spaces of west London.
